At MY Foundation, we believe that nurturing a lifelong connection with the Quran is one of the greatest gifts we can offer our children — a foundation that guides them through every stage of life.
Starting Saturday 1st November 2025, MY Foundation is proud to launch its new Quran & Islamic Studies Classes for children aged 4 to 12 years — a programme designed to inspire love for the Quran, strengthen Islamic identity, and build the values that shape confident young Muslims.
📍 Location: MY Community, Parkfield Road South, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 6DA
🕙 Time: Saturdays 10:00 am – Dhuhr (~12:30 pm)
💷 Fees: £20 per month (includes weekly classes, valid until cancelled)
🎓 Ages: 4 – 12 years | All abilities welcome

Our classes are built around a holistic approach to Islamic education — nurturing both understanding and application of the Quran’s message:
📖 Quran Recitation & Tajweed
Children begin from the Arabic alphabet and progress to fluent recitation, learning correct pronunciation (tajweed) with step-by-step guidance from experienced teachers.
🌺 Memorisation (Hifz)
Students memorise short surahs and duas at their own pace, understanding their meanings and learning how to apply them in daily life.
🌿 Islamic Studies
Each week explores the stories of the Prophets (a.s.) and the Aimmah (a.s.), Islamic manners (adab), and the pillars of Islam and Iman. Our structured syllabus is reviewed and authorised by Shi’i scholars to ensure accuracy, depth, and age-appropriate learning.
💛 Character Development
Beyond memorisation, our focus is on building strong character — kindness, honesty, respect, and responsibility. We aim to nurture children who live by the values of the Quran, not just read them.
