£175,000 Bridging Loan Fully Repaid

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Alhamdulillah, with the grace of Allah (SWT), the intercession of Ahlulbayt (ع), and the unwavering support of our community, MY Foundation is humbled to announce that the £175,000 bridging loan for our community centre has now been fully repaid.

A Muharram Commitment Fulfilled

As we entered the sacred month of Muharram, our collective niyyah was to honour the legacy of Imam Husayn (ع) not only through majalis and azadari, but by safeguarding a permanent base for our future generations – a centre built on the values of faith, service, and unity.

Through your duas, sacrifices, and generous contributions, this monumental target has been achieved. This milestone is far more than financial; it is a testimony to the living spirit of Karbala – sacrifice, solidarity, and standing together for the sake of Allah (SWT).

Gratitude to Our Community and Leaders

We extend our heartfelt thanks to every brother and sister who donated, fundraised, and supported this mission. Your contributions, both big and small, have carried this project forward.

We are especially grateful for the encouragement of respected scholars and community leaders, including Dr. Sayed Ammar Nakshawani, whose support inspired many to give generously for this noble cause.

A Journey That Continues

This achievement proves what can be accomplished when the lovers of Ahlulbayt (ع) stand shoulder to shoulder. But it also reminds us that our work has only just begun.

The foundation has been laid – the loan is repaid – but the mission of MY Foundation continues: to serve as a hub of Qur’an, dua, knowledge, spirituality, and community service in Manchester and beyond.

A Prayer for Acceptance

We pray that Allah (SWT) accepts these efforts as a humble service in the name of Imam Husayn (ع) and grants reward to all those who supported. May our centre remain a beacon of light for future generations, and a sadaqah jariyah for all who contributed.
