Having completed the purchase with the assistance of a commercial interest-only loan for £175,000 and a interest-free loan of £250,000, we now need to repay this loan to make MY Community debt-free. With your help we have completed repayment of the commercial interest-only loan & have a target of £238,000 to repay our interest free Qarz Hasana Loan.
This Community Centre is a centre open to all and so we’re asking all supporters of MYF, individual households and businesses alike, to sign up to the MY Community Growth Scheme.
The MY Community Growth scheme gives an opportunity to each and every household and business, to donate a manageable monthly amount that will allow us to collectively meet our goal.
